WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO SECURE A DATE WITH AN ARTIST?
AFTER speaking with an agent, in order to secure a date with an artist, we need you to submit an official offer form that reflects all of the pertinent contact, venue, artist compensation, and event details. Once that offer has been received and approved by management, you will get a call/e-mail confirming your date. At that point, contracts would be issued to you via e-mail. We ask that you sign and return your contract and required deposit within 2-3 weeks of receipt.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ARTIST IS AVAILABLE ON A CERTAIN DAY?
While each artist’s schedule is made available through their website and other social media outlets, you will need to speak with the appropriate agent for your territory to confirm an artist’s availability for a specific date.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO BOOK AN ARTIST?
Every artist’s pricing is different, depending on that artist’s ticket value and expenses. Factors like travel, event setup, and an artist’s ticket sales history in the market all affect pricing. Please connect with the appropriate territory agent for your area to discuss artist pricing for your specific event.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT I NEED TO HAVE AT MY EVENT FOR AN ARTIST TO COME?
Due to the amount of time that artists are on the road, we desire to maximize their potential impact on every event. While our artists will play venues of any size, their expenses remain the same. It will be important for you to make sure that the artist’s cost make sense with your projected ticket sales and attendance.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A RESPONSE TO A BOOKING INFORMATION REQUEST OR OFFER SUBMISSION?
Any requests for booking information are responded to within 2-3 business days. As the artist’s management is responsible for responding to, and approving, offer submissions, response times can vary. We work as hard as we can to secure offer responses within 5-7 business days.
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE AND WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Once you have submitted an offer for an artist, and that offer is approved, we do require a deposit to be returned with your signed contract. The balance of the money due the artist would be paid to the artist’s road/tour manager on the day of the event.
Currently, we accept wire transfers, company checks, money orders or
cashier’s checks (sorry – no personal checks or credit cards).
IF I CANCEL MY DATE, DO I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?
All deposits are non-refundable. However, in the event of an act of God or other special circumstance, we’ll work to either reschedule your date (and apply the deposit to that new date), or refund your deposit.
WHERE DO I GET PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS (HI-RES IMAGES, CD GIVEAWAYS, POSTERS, ETC.)?
Every artist has different types and quantities of promotional materials available. For any promotional materials, you will need to contact the artist’s management team. Their information is included at the front of the artist’s rider, on the artist page of our website or an the artist’s website
IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE RIDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?
Any issues with the rider should be discussed with the artist’s management team. As the agents, we do not have the authority to approve any changes or modifications to the rider requirements. Management’s contact information can be found at the beginning of the artist’s rider.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT IF I ONLY WANT THE ARTIST TO PLAY ONE (OR A FEW)SONGS?
Unfortunately, an artist’s expenses don’t change and the artist must take a full day off whether they are playing 1 song or a full set. As a result, there are no discounts based of set length.
CAN I SCHEDULE RADIO INTERVIEWS OR IN-STORE APPEARANCES FOR AN ARTIST?
All interviews and In-Store Appearances must be arranged and confirmed with the Artist’s management team. You can find management contact information at the beginning of an artist’s rider, on the artist page of our website or an the artist’s website.
IF ONE OF YOUR ARTISTS IS ALREADY SCHEDULED TO BE IN OUR AREA, WILL THEY
COME VISIT MY YOUTH GROUP/CHURCH?
Typically, the artist arrives into town on the day of their scheduled event. With all that is required to get their event up and running for that evening’s performance (load-in, soundcheck, etc…), we are unable to honor these requests.
WILL YOUR ARTIST DONATE THEIR TIME FOR OUR FUNDRAISING EVENT?
Unfortunately, due to the costs of operating a ministry, combined with the ministry partnerships our artists already have in place, they are not able to donate their time for this type of event.
WILL YOUR ARTISTS PLAY BIRTHDAYS, WEDDINGS, ANNIVERSARIES, FUNERALS, ETC.?
Unfortunately, due to the personal and intimate nature of these events, combined with the amount of requests that we receive for our artists, our artists are unable to do Birthdays, Weddings, etc…..
CAN THE ARTIST STAY AT A CHURCH MEMBER’S HOME?
For the health, safety and convenience of our artists, we do require that the artist, and their touring staff, stay in hotels.
HOW DO I CONTACT ONE OF YOUR ARTISTS DIRECTLY?
If you are interested in contacting an artist on our roster, please contact their management company, record label, or try to send them a message on Facebook, Myspace, etc….
