Please do not submit an offer until you have first spoken with an agent and have firm details on pricing, venue, etc. Once this form is received it is considered an official offer and will be submitted to artist management for approval. An agent will be in touch with you as soon as we have a response. Based on management approval, the offer will then be contracted and you will be held liable for all contract conditions.
